There's Assassin daggers called Ungues of the Oni.
They have a -5 Energy +15% Always Modifier. Some people use em just for the great skin tho ;D |

It's just different 15% always mods.
15%^50 15%/-10 15%/-1 health regen= kinda rare, i've seen alot of chaos axes with this. 15%/-1 energy regen= very rare 15% always no negative= rarest |
